How to order:

Firstly, please register an account with MooMoo Farm so that you will have an individual account to check your order details, print invoice and receive massage from us. Click here to see member rewards.You may also log in as a guest to place your order.

• Browse through our catalogue.
• Please place order using the shopping cart or email us your order list (qty/ optional details/ preferred delivery mode).
• We will then send you a confirmation email/ invoice with stock availability, shipping, total payment amount and the payment info.
• Please proceed payment or reply email for additional orders (if there is any) to be shipped together. Shoppers can log in to your account to send us the payment notification or email us the payment details once payment is done so as to avoid any unneccesary delay.
• Your order will be reserved for 24hours and it will be released to the next buyer if payment is not in within this period. Order will be cancelled after 3 days if payment is not made. Please email us to inform if you need more time to make the payment and we will accomodate it.

Payment 

We  accept payments by bank transfer, paypal and COD (for Self-Collect only).
Bank details will be displayed in the order invoice/ confimation email from us.
Please make payment within 3 days. Order will be cancelled after 3 days if payment is not in.

For international orders, we accept payment via paypal secure gateway (either credit card/ paypal account). You do not need to register an account with paypal in order to make payment by credit card.

Your credit card details will not be revealed to us at any point.

No change/cancellation of order after confirmation and payment done unless due to unavailability of item, we will refund for the amount paid under this condition.
